Places along the Berg River Canoe Marathon

I have been involved with the sport of canoeing for 14 years, and one thing I have gotten out of it (besides a love for the sport) is the discovery of some of the most beautiful places in the Western Cape.

Traveling down the river takes you along the back roads through some of the most beautiful scenery, and waiting for paddlers gives you the opportunity to discover all sorts of tasty and interesting things along the way.
